Meet the Founder

As a successful builder for the past 16 years, owner Jacob Botha is passionate and knowledgeable in creating incredible homes and home transformations. As a resident in Victoria, BC, he’s a custom home builder who has specific and thorough knowledge of the Greater Victoria Area and Southern Gulf Islands.

Jacob can advise on what types of homes are best suited for remote lots or residential neighborhoods, so you get the most out of your investment. Jacob is an outdoorsmen, knowledgeable builder, story teller, and honest person. From small renovations to building custom homes in the city and in remote locations, he is driven for a challenge of highly technical builds but still content with the smaller easier projects.
